Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days and begins with the conclusion of the contract.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, ABIT GmbH represented by the managing director Bozena de Liso, represented by Marcello de Liso, Rotdornstraße 125, 40472 Düsseldorf, phone: 02111716660, e-mail: contact@barcodehero.io of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, telephone or e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.
You can also electronically complete and submit the model cancellation form or another clear declaration on our website https://barcodehero.io. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation (e.g. by e-mail).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we must refund all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
